Decent money when the market was good. That’s all over now.

Cons

Fischer recruits new hires at Universities because they see new graduates as moldable and naive. No matter who you are, you can do better than this company. They operate by one principle- corporate greed. They will promise you big things but the numbers they will show that you will earn are not reflective of what you will actually make in today’s downturned market. Management and trainers are cult-like. This job will destroy your mental health, all to simply line the pockets of the old white men who run the company. Just don’t do it.
