Pros
There is good money to be made. They have good training. A couple managers are really good. They have fun work outings.
Cons
No work/life balance. The health benefits are just okay. You will work every weekend but one per month. You’re more than likely going to have to be in early and stay late regularly, which is especially unfortunate for young families. If you intend to leave, they will keep commissions owed to you, so make sure you drag out that process and collect as much as you are owed. The quality of the materials they use is getting worse. They’re cutting out small things they used to include in order to save a little here and there. It doesn’t seem like the customer is as important as they once were.
