      Toxic culture

      Health insurance plans are affordable Mileage reimbursement

      The office culture is toxic. Management is click-y and there is a lot of bad-talking/gossiping about customers. On an almost daily basis employees either internal operations or in the design center make judgmental comments towards customers. The negativity spreads like poison throughout the office. Company is currently working on a much-needed retention plan because employees keep leaving. They hire left and right and have a serious problem keeping people around. Pay is below average

      You will have plenty of down time to learn a Foreign Language if that is on your bucket list.

      Cons

      Home Sites in areas that people do not want to be in. Management that keeps you totally out of touch with what's going on. A CEO that will send you a Pre-Printed with his signature Christmas Card, Pay about half of what it should be, bad benefits, push back from selling in certain neighborhoods because Greg Fischer owns them and apparently upper sales management doesn't like him, no appreciation from management, the Design Center Team treats Sales like expendable trash (probably because Sales People average about 2 years with the company, 1 YEAR OF TRAINING and another to find out you're not making much), way overpriced homes while the quality is lacking, the company CAN'T keep subcontractors, need I go on...

      My coworkers are nice people

      Cons

      Everyone is overworked and underpaid. Upper management is about making as much money as possible while paying as few people as little as possible. I have never seen so many unhappy, stressed out people and so much turnover.
