Great opportunity to make money, must be able to handle stress

Pros

Standard is around $100k annual when commission is included but ability to make more. It’s all about how much work you put in. Shorter hours than a typical 9-5. Excellent training program

Cons

Must work weekends. high pressure to meet sales goals. Not all teammates lookout for each other. Personal cell is customers point of contact. If you leave the company you do not get the commission for sales that haven’t fully closed.

Upper management destroys this company. Division president stated in a meeting where they were discussing the additional work load because so many people are leaving, “I am tired of hearing about your work life balance. Get the jobs done.”
