Pros

My coworkers are nice people

Cons

Everyone is overworked and underpaid. Upper management is about making as much money as possible while paying as few people as little as possible. I have never seen so many unhappy, stressed out people and so much turnover.

Pros

High pay if you are selling as many homes as they want. Ample vacation time.

Cons

Upper management has become very profit driven and quality and customers service has suffered for it. The role is used like a competition with the rest of the sales team and creates a hectic toxic work environment at times. The sales roles are seen as disposable and are judged solely on metrics on a short 2 month time span.
