Pros

They build great homes. Management gives you freedom to do your job your way.

Cons

No support from management in any way. If a customer gets beyond the employee to a manager they will get whatever they want because managers don’t like talking to customers. Review and raise process is a joke. They’ll do what they can to keep all the money they can even if they have record year after record year. 1% raises to most of the company. Social Security does better than that during a pandemic.

Pros

The sales managers and corporate office take care of their employees. You can make a lot of money if you are a hard worker. Family worker but large company so high sales potential. Work hours great - 11 am - 6 pm.

Cons

Long commutes to developing communities.
