Pros

Intense training program in a nice location.

Cons

Sales Consultants are expected to sell, do a portion of the mortgage up front, do a large portion of the interior design work prior to the client going to the design center. Hours of time are spent on the latter rather than focus on the business of selling homes. Lots of turnover in the sales force. Upper management is focused more on the profit rather than fostering an environment that feels safe for the employee to work in.

Pros

Learning new things is always a plus, no matter where you work.

Cons

$8/hour for 24/7 hours. THEN pay it back when (if) you get your "bonus" which is taxed at 40%, and often missed when you're supposed to be paid. You will "have to wait until next time" in that case.
