Pros

Fischer Homes is a great company to work for. They have a robust training program for all employees and a very good benefit package. If your a people person and hard worker, you would thrive in this company. The company prefers to promote within as much as possible and does recognize individuals that bring success to their positions. I was told that it’s 80% up to the employees to stand out and 20% the responsibility of management to recognize the employees performance.

Cons

I would recognize it as a pro and a con. Work comes in waves. You have time where work load is slower than usual and times where you have more work than time. The company does train their employees for this reason for time management strategies to stay ahead regardless of work load. The training does help if you utilize it.

Pros

Standard is around $100k annual when commission is included but ability to make more. It’s all about how much work you put in. Shorter hours than a typical 9-5. Excellent training program

Cons

Must work weekends. high pressure to meet sales goals. Not all teammates lookout for each other. Personal cell is customers point of contact. If you leave the company you do not get the commission for sales that haven’t fully closed.
