Pros

Remarkable training program for new hires and a great management staff to make the transition from Sales Associate to Sales Counselor. Commission is uncapped and the sales team practice weekly to maintain top performance. The work environment is great, everyone wants to see their peers do well!

Cons

Fischer is a smaller, private company and can experience growing pains, such as software changes. (This is also very progressive!)
