Pros

High pay if you are selling as many homes as they want. Ample vacation time.

Cons

Upper management has become very profit driven and quality and customers service has suffered for it. The role is used like a competition with the rest of the sales team and creates a hectic toxic work environment at times. The sales roles are seen as disposable and are judged solely on metrics on a short 2 month time span.

Pros

Great money If you’re in a community that has streets and home to sell. Very organized company.

Cons

They push you out the door when your not selling. No help from the managers when there’s nothing to sell where your placed.
