Pros

Fischer Homes is a great company based out of the Cincinnati/KY area. I joined them as they were starting up in the Atlanta Market with a lot of great plans and ideas. Fischer brought a fresh approach to floorplans that were quite different then what you would see in Atlanta. Atlanta leadership was great and the training out of Cincinnati was well worth it. They invest a lot in their employees

Cons

The pay structure is something that works in the MId-West but not what experienced agents are used to here in Atlanta. Awesome company that is great for Newbies in Real Estate
