Great training opportunities, and resources at your fingertips. The communication between field staff and the Management staff is great. Everyone I have had contact with is eager to help resolve issues.

Some employees, depending on position, can work flexible hours (7am - 4pm) at the corporate office. Sales and Construction training programs are fantastic. Sales Counselors have the opportunity for a lucrative career selling a fun and exciting product while making a personal impact on customers' lives. Fischer Homes truly keeps the customer and community at the heart of all of their decisions, building communities that customers are proud to call home.
