      Flexibility to work remotely. They do have nice office if you choose to come in the office.

      Cons

      After merger with First Data, it all went downhill. Management doesn't care about employees, just cutting costs. They fired me while on vacation! Overworked and management doesn't care about their people. Benefits are average
