In most ways, before the pandemic, it was a good place to work.

Cons

Fiserv is forcing nonessential employees who could easily work remotely to come into work on a rotating basis. There is absolutely no reason to endanger employees and entire communities by denying employees the right to work remotely during this global pandemic.

It used to be good. As of now no pros.

Cons

No goo policies for employees. Very old technology stack used by them. Learning news things is very less. Management is not so good, they treat employee like kids.
