Lots of change

Pros

Really strong commission in 2021. Independent working environment. Management too busy/disorganized to really micromanage. Strong technology and smart team.

Cons

A lot of change. Massive turnover in staff that was already short-handed. Expecting heavy quota in 2022 and a lot of angry clients.

Pros

Good pay, remote positions available

Cons

This was by far the worst work environment I have been exposed to. I was hired with high promises of a career and good salary only to be laid off less than 7 months later. Management support was non existent, if you need help you have to go around 15 depts before you find someone nice and willing to help. Direct manager would never check on new hires and their ability to show favoritism towards the more tenured employee was impeccable! I knew from week one that my time there wouldn’t be long because of the way new hires were being treated. Training was poor and you had to figure things out yourself. I was even told once by a coworker “Why don’t you try to figure it out on your own!”. Which caused a waste of 2 hrs when he/she could have just showed us what to do and let us those 2 hrs on actually contacting clients and selling. Totally disorganized. There are no processes in place. NONE. The yearly sales conventions are like a cult and you either make it into the click or you will be ignored blatantly. They try to short your commissions pay and when you bring it to the manager’s attention they act like they don’t know what’s going on. My commissions were shortened on two separate occasions and I had to reach out to several departments before someone actually caught the mistake and fixed it. Nobody in that company is nice especially when you need help. They help you but always make you feel like an inconvenience. They have unethical behavior towards their clients too trying to suck every penny out of them with over the top fees. They only care about their bottom line and not the customer’s needs. I could go on and on. I have nothing good to say about this Company other than the salary is decent.. if they pay you correctly.
