Pros

None really, this is a bad place for professional development.

Cons

Environment, Management, Culture, Pay, it all is bad and stuck in the late 80's mentality. No room to move up, they make you work 3 different jobs and have the nerve to increase pay MAYBE once in 2-3yrs. Then the increase is 1% LOL. Management is out for self and those under them are falsely following. Get out while you can.

Pros

* Great benefits * Company generally has a good reputation * If you get into a good team, it's a place to stay long-term

Cons

* Too much inorganic growth without full integration of acquired assets * Intensely political * Acquisition of First Data made dramatic changes, not always for the good for either former First Data or original Fiserv employees
