Pros

- Smart mid-level people/managers - Positioned as industry leader in market - Internal communities - Benefits - Parental Leave

Cons

- Leadership only cares about share prices, disconnected from regular workers - Company culture is good on paper/public facing, but not executed internally - Doesn't consider and implement employee feedback, even though they survey regularly - No remote work. Fully on-site employment - Salary not competitive in FinTech space. More average to banking industry. - Internal promotions are not prioritized

Pros

Competent individual contributors, decent benefits, beautiful office space

Cons

Too much change, lack of transparency on vision and direction, runs like a small business (gossipy, only a few, select people seem to know what's going on; executive leadership leads as "command & control"

Pros

Decent benefits. It takes a lot to get fired from this place apparently.

Cons

It's a whole lotta rah, rah corporate BS and not a lot of compensation for all the nonsense and long hours they expect you to work.
