Pros

The Benefits are decent, you work a set schedule, and the office is nice, I have a huge desk with tons of space. Managers are helpful and very friendly. The have pandemic time off if you get covid or have bad side effects to the vaccine like I did. You aren't punished for doing the right thing which I appreciated.

Cons

Really bad turnover, I started November 2020 and by July 2020 im one of two left from my class, they will hire anyone who applies and passes a drug test and mandatory Overtime is required (1 hour per day) and I don't see it ever ending with how bad the turnover is. The job at least to me is boring, you stare at a screen 9 hours a day and are on the phone, and every day is the same.
