Pros

Cooperative people. Again it depends on team to team. Some teams are really cooperative and some are not. Now they are introducing new technology and giving opportunity to learn new technology and work on diff projects that definitely increase the learning graph but highly impact work life balance.

Cons

Long working hours. Minimum 8-9 working hours are expected and sometimes they are more than 10-12 hours. Not market competitive salary. Though they have now corrected the salary structure but still it can be better.
