Pros

The pay was okay for the work we did.

Cons

No work life balance, management is biased and shows favoritism towards supervisors and employees. They’re firing everyone due to “business needs” during the holidays. Limiting work hours.

Cafeteria, Training is decent, PTO front-loaded, not much else

Cons

Insanely busy with unreasonable expectations, leadership was condescending and unhelpful, customers are incredibly abusive. When Covid first started, there were employees with the virus, and the company sent people home for 2 weeks but didn’t even clean the area before we were required to return. Employee retention was so bad that they couldn’t keep us staffed, so overtime was required. Required to work most holidays. HR treated us like we were always a bother and didn’t want to deal with us or help. Several instances of mine and other coworkers pay being incorrect, and having to fight tooth and nail to be compensated for the errors. Almost no opportunities to move up, and they hire leadership from outside of the company instead of promoting people.
