The only good thing about this company is the canteen

Cons

Working here made me feel like a robot and it was absolutely awful place and environment to work in. Working in the Basildon office made me uncomfortable as a person of colour i did not feel welcomed and felt like an outsider all the time. Theres been multiple times where HR bend the rules which didn't allow me to progress within the company.

Don't care about mental health and yet they promote this as biggest factor I came in 40 minutes before my shift started, my team lead was aware and due to their system issues I was marked as late
