Pros

Actually no pros and working for fiserv

Cons

If you work night shift you get paid 4 hours of night shift pay. Then it goes back your standard pay . Which is absolutely ridiculous. They can't get keep updating their phone system which is a joke. If you bump it it logs out. They don't pay their employees enough to put up with abusive customers. All the company does care about rewards they received.
