Mismanaged, micromanaged, lack professionalism and will stone wall you every chance they get. I'm currently in the process of filing a complaint.

Cons

They’re pretty cheap with rewards and you can get to the top by sleeping around, ask the director, the people who work from home never get any sort of rewards or fun things
