Pros

The pay is great, good PTO and sick day accommodation. A lot of overtime if you want it. Good training course. (You will pretty much know the job before they put you in a seat) very fast place, if you like to stay busy-you will be.

Cons

Guild lines, policies change way to often, makes your day to day job difficult. They say some jobs are like a high school, this is very similar. You move supervisors to often. A lot of things to adhere to on a daily basis, if you are not good at following a schedule, you will put yourself in a bad situation. The technology used is very outdated, can be irritating.

There used to be great work life balance with flexible work from home days. They were taken away which creates a feeling that we are mistrusted as employees
