Some of the benefits are ok. Other than that, this place is completely horrible.

Cons

You will be overworked, underpaid, and under appreciated. You will be treated like a child and monitored like one. Don't expect to have any kind of life/work balance or flexibility. Expect to be in office 8 hours/day 5 days/week despite having zero reason to be when your job is 100% done on a computer. Expect your managers to have favorites and only reward or acknowledge those select few. Expect to be talked down to & reprimanded. Expect to be stuck in the same position forever with no advancement opportunities. Expect management to have huge egos and horrible attitudes.
