Horrible attendance policy, 1pt per each hour missed of work. Disciplinary action can start at 8 points - so if you miss one day of work they can start the process to firing you. Lowered vacation PTO because of the recent Arizona Sick Law. It used to be 144 hours, now it’s 88 hours. Underpaid compared to other banks. Amount of work makes the bonus incentives almost impossible. Constantly changing procedures so again makes bonus incentives impossible. No direct supervision for help or assist.
