All First Data employees are now Fiserv. Nothing has changed going over to Fiserv. It is a bigger First Data. There needs to be a huge manager and above house cleaning. It's 2021, not 1996. Executive management will hold one-on-ones with you to get you to trash talk your team and other internal/external teams you work with. Team and department surveys are sent out and management wants them filled out so they do not end up on a report. They never go over these surveys. Very siloed and teams do not welcome new people. Moving up into different career paths within the company is very difficult. If you say anything about wanting to try new opportunities you are labeled.
