Pros

When you join a team, you are now the highest paid person on that team. There is always something new to learn. It is a large company, the talent pool is massive and diverse.

Cons

Fiserv does not have competitive compensation. They pay the bare minimum to keep you showing up and have a "do more with less" mentality. The leadership doesn't practice what they preach and they do not invest in their employees. Employee to employee appreciation awards are approved at your direct leadership's discretion, then you are taxed twice on those awards.

Pros

Many great people to work with Flexible work arrangements Time off if pretty good. Having a bank of days to use is better than days specific for sick and vacation.

Cons

Everything the big F does is only to tear you apart and break your spirit. They have constant layoffs yet have job postings all the time. Too much work and not enough help Overtime is expected. And no matter what your manager says they do not like when you work only 40 hours a week. 45 is really the unofficial minimum of working hours. And they do not like if you take lunch. Because if you are not at your desk the entire world comes crumbling down and you will hear about it. There will be emails, phone calls. And instant messages asking where you are. It's worse for people that are in locations other than their managers
