Pros

If you're motivated and willing to take initiative, you can learn a A TON here. Organization isn't shy about implementing the latest and greatest technology from a networking perspective. They built they're on MPLS backbone for example. Newer implementations include VXLAN, SDWAN, etc.

Cons

Work/life balance isn't the greatest depending on your role and the environment can be pretty demanding at times. Fiserv is a technology company, but from a culture perspective, it can feel a lot like a bank at times. So if you're looking for the usual perks that come with working with a larger technology organization (remote work, flexibility, etc,) you may not find exactly what you're looking for here.

Pros

schedule flexibility and working remote

Cons

lots of hours, changes at night all the time, spend more time automating than if we just put in configs thru the CLI ourselves.
