Pros

Coworkers and Supervisor makes this place easier to deal with.

Cons

No work life balance. Do more with less. Too many departments with newer associates are not trained properly. We are are expected to know how to do their work and our own. Managers and C-suite don’t care about you.

Pros

Good boss, flexible work conditions, willing to let people grow.

Cons

Disparity between head leaders and middle management. Opportunity for advancement is rare. Corporate structure isn't rewarding hard work as individuals .

Fiserv is committed to being an excellent place to work by listening to feedback from our associates. We appreciate your sharing your opinions on our management structure and philosophy. While our approach may not be a fit for everyone, we stand behind our organizational structure. We've chosen to emphasizes supervisor-led goal setting and development, associate-to-associate kudos like our Living Proof Recognition program, and a robust internal mobility initiative. In fact, over 1000 associates are promoted or reassigned (by choice) each year. We're #FISVProud of the opportunities afforded by our associates -- opportunities we are optimistic you can take advantage of as well.
