      Pros

      I was apprehensive initially of the decision that I had made to join Fiserv since its not that well know here in India but now I am really happy with my decision. One of the very few companies which still bother about their employees atleast in comparison with my previous 2 Tech Giants that I have worked with. a. Complete support for an individual to bring out his ideas. b. No hierarchy or what so ever, everyone is easily approachable. c. Flexibility d. Opportunity to work on very critical banking projects e. Not just this, the office facilities are of top notch.

      Pros

      I Worked for Fiserv in Kent WA. Over the almost year that I worked for the Kent Print and Mail plant I could not find any positives. The only thing that came close to a positive was two lead cordinators that were very professional.

      Cons

      Top management was horific. The plant is umable to have team work and advance new ideas. It is micro-managed. The equipment is falling apart and little is done to upgrade or replace the machinery. Employees are allowed to be disrespecful to thier leads and supervisors.
