Very sweet, elderly people, and lots of overtime

Cons

Lack of training upon arrival QTM‘s very easy to get, and then you get fired that all part of management and training shouldn’t be like that we all need our jobs. Very poor management managers, gossip too much very greedy and dishonorable. I show a lot a lot of favoritism between race. You will never get raises are based on production, but some machines don’t get a lot of production so how did that make sense? So whenever you get hired on with that’s what you get for the rest of your time working there
