      Pros

      Loved my team and manager, we all helped each other out when needed even with heavy workloads. Company was really good with work life balance, promoted you to take time off.

      Cons

      Heavy workloads with projects constantly being given. Company then turns around and lays off hundreds of employees even with work piling up and business coming in
