Salary is good, above average any Indian company paying. Life work balance is good, you will have lots of time for yourself.

Cons

you have to pay for parking. Lots of Managers, Will hear from lots of people if you do anything wrong even a tiny one, on time you will be frustrated.

-Good Work Life Balance -There is nothing else to mention really -It used to be a good division few years back.

Cons

-Bad management and team leads with no experience of managing teams. -Lead from any technical background manages any other technical team. This has a bad effect on appraisals. -Salary hike has not been very good over past few years. -Large number of employees are leaving this division. -Other divisions of Fiserv are doing well. But I would request not to join Loan Servicing Solutions(LSS) at Pune.
