Pros

It used to be a really great company with lots of opportunities to learn and progress. It was the reason I stayed for nearly 25 years. No more

Cons

Current CEO is dismantling the company piece by piece. Forcing thousands to move states away RO already overcrowded locations to keep their job (without compensation and no guarantee they’ll keep you if you move). He cares not about the company, it’s clients or employees. He’s only there to hit limits for tax free deals he made with certain states. If he hits those numbers, he and his cronies get ridiculously huge bonuses but the company will be decimated. He doesn’t care. He is out for himself only then will retire with 100 million bonus. Meanwhile the company will tank, clients we spent decades building relationships and serving will be gone and a good bit of former employees stuck trying to find jobs. He is good at what he does - dismantling companies to sell them off at a profit to him.

Pros

Pay is decent is you work in certain locations

Cons

Fiserv used to be a great place to work. Senior leadership has destroyed all moral. On call 24x7 with zero on-call pay. Salience tracking for all associates. Layoffs happen monthly
