Pros

The office location is convenient (or the infrastructure is modern)." • "The company provides decent facilities cafeteria, transport, equipment

Cons

The management here is the primary reason for a toxic work environment and low employee morale. Senior leadership operates with a serious lack of vision and professionalism, leading to constant and confusing priority shifts. There is extreme micromanagement—leaders do not trust their teams, which severely hinders productivity and autonomy. Consequently, the company has an abysmal work-life balance, as employees are constantly pressured to work beyond standard hours and weekends. There is zero acknowledgment or appreciation for hard work, making this a highly stressful and demotivating place to work.
