Good work environment. A lot of opportunity and motivation is given to try bigger roles and do different things. Work is appreciated. Very little politics.

Cons

Fiserv tries to be very lost effective in whatever it does so it doesn't satisfaction factor as other big companies have.

Good opportunity to learn in domain knowledge. But many people are leaving in recent Good Work Culture if they pay you less.

Cons

1) Not a company to start your career. Do not risk your career for the few thousand extra bucks they pay. 2) Fiserv is just a client for FGS. 3)A bond based company starting your joining to any training they provide. 4) No growth in terms of money or opportunity. 5) 100% Outsourcing.No long term development project. 6) No cab facility or any night charges.Just in records. If you ask for the manager has 100 reasons to throw at on your side. 7) Heavy parking charges. 8) No onsite opportunity

Pros

Some projects in .NET are good. Also there is a Tech COE team which gets good work. There is not much pressure which is sometimes good.

Cons

Employees are mostly hired to get billing from clients. Mostly people are idle and managers do no work at all. This is not a good company if you are looking for core technical work. You can join if you are a manager and don't want to do any work.
