Writing this review to hopefully save someone from accepting a job offer from this dumpster fire of a company
Pros
They rope you in with their benefits. It's also not a coincidence that for every few negative reviews they get, they get a few positive ones. They're 100% fake reviews. If you have worked for this company you would know that unless you are high level management, every single person hates their job and hates the company.
Cons
TLDR; you do not want to work here. Where to begin? Want to be micromanaged more than you ever have been in your life? Want to be disrespected by management who think they're better than you? Want to live in constant fear of being laid off? Want to be treated like a child? Want to be worked to death and paid a laughable wage? Look no further! In office mandates, badge swipe monitoring, spyware on your computer, zero flexibility, the list goes on! Everyone is constantly having more responsibilities added to their plate with no additional compensation, and then met with a "you don't like it? find somewhere else to work" attitude. They will make it glaringly obvious that they could not care less about you as an employee and are easily replaceable.
