The constant fear of a layoff is terrible. They have proven that we are just numbers and expendable. I hate what this company has done to many, many people.

Little to no pay raises Little to no upward mobility They fire and rehire quite often to reduce salary and put people in offices they newly opened. They reduce benefits when they feel they might have a bad year and don't give the compensation back when they made billions of dollars. Employees who have worked here many years could have the same salary as someone who started a few years ago. Permanent reductions in stocks options in the last few years. Permanent reductions in other benefits as well.
