      1. Work life balance 2. Friendly culture 3. Core banking 4. On door policy 5. Facilities

      1. You won't explore much if you want new technology 2. Lot of politics 3. They delay your full and final settlement for more than a month. 4. Canteen sucks 5. Talking about UXCOE, there is a need to change the managment. Lot of leads and managers have no clue about UI Ux and sitting on top of appraisals. Even the highest managment listens and trusts them more than looking at the actual ground reality. Serious change needed. Projects getting build like a startup. 6. Your extra efforts doesnt gets paid off.
