Pros

It is a Huge company and the job security is there. If you do your job you will be fine. After being there over 10 years I really wish I had better things to say. I loved my co-workers.

Cons

They are constantly wanting more from you with less pay. When I first started they knew how to incorporate fun into the job. Even when you had to work mandatory OT at least they tried to show appreciation and make it fun. Now its more of a fear tactic. They have lost their way when it comes to getting the most from employees in a way that the employee feels that they do make a difference.

My immediate management was amazing. Two extremely intelligent women that looked out after us. They allowed us to work from home (not sure if that is the case). Benefits are better than most companies. They give you 3 weeks of vacation after 3 years of being an associate, short term disability and long term. Also good stock options.

Cons

Biggest problem is that upper management gets a visit from the idea fairy on weekly basis and they change the plan for the game constantly. You get so confused to what "the new rule of the week is" that you could get into hot water easily if you were not careful. Every year they let go of 2% of the workforce. Raises are a joke but Yabuki gets millions every year. The hours are infinite and your Blackberry goes off at every hour of the day or night. Terrible work/life balance. If it would not have been for my immediate management, I would have gone crazy. They took good care of us and would give us time off to refuel.
