      Pros

      The paycheck is steady. The work load is pretty light. Coworkers are great and will hopefully be friends for a long time.

      Cons

      Upper management is only concerned about the next quarter's financial results. News of "hiring new employees" usually means that consolidation and outsourcing is happening in other parts of the company. The company doesn't care about or listen to employees that are at the bottom of the pile. There is no way to move up in the company from within. Most middle level managers in our office are brought in from outside.
