Fiserv is a holding company for multiple siloed divisions that are neither linked nor communicate with each other. The company seems to change constantly in an attempt to reinvent itself. When the going gets a little tough they have layoffs cutting good talent in one division while multiple same/similar opening in another division. The benefits are also poor for the company's size.

Management is too far removed from the workers. Managers are managing products they don't know anything about. Departments are run with different company policies although the motto is One Fiserv. The company response to negative feedback is if the employee no longer works at Fiserv then their reasons for leaving are not taken into consideration as an opportunity to better the work environment. Fiserv sent out their own internal survey and they never revealed the results, rather sent it to the employees manager who confronted the employees about their negative feedback. Stay far away from this company unless you are in desperate need of money. They have a lot of jobs that are really slack and serve well as a job filler but will not lead to a career.
