      Pros

      Great people across all the Norcross Offices

      Cons

      Very weak senior management, H&R Block cronyism, good at looking after themselves, constantly shuffle strategy and teams instead of making decisions, Human resources is a black hole and manage up only - keep your distance and beware what you say to them. If you want to stay under the radar and be anonymous and don't care about what you're doing - go for it

      Pros

      There are many talented, smart and hardworking people, with great ideas and the ability to impact positive change.

      Cons

      Politics, politics and more politics. Add in unethical behavior and the "old boys club" mentality that most Sr. leaders proudly embrace and top it off with mediocre increases; if at all; forced ranking of employees regardless of actual performance, and indifference if not all out denial of employee moral problems - and that's Fiserv in a nutshell.
