      Great people, dysfunctional workplace

      Pros

      The folks were great to work with. Mature and intelligent, a real pleasure to know them.

      Cons

      The multiple systems that do not work and play well with others, will make folks who have to extract and analyze data, bat-crap crazy with the amount of manual manipulation required to get usable results. Salaries are on the low end of similar positions in the industry. Benefits are more expensive than the norm. Constantly in aquisition mode, so continually bringing in new companies and trying to assimilate them, without addressing the increasing number of disparate systems. Need to concentrate on getting all of the company onto one platform, BEFORE aquiring more compaines with more platforms.

      Pros

      I enjoyed my time there. The environment is good and my co-workers were fun, supportive, and helpful the majority of the time.

      Cons

      The hours were long and overtime was expected. The "Process" provided continual frustration at just about all phases of a project. Never felt like you finished with what you started.
