Pros

Fairly impressive structure in place for systems development. People are friendly and want to help. Good work/life balance, and concern and understanding for personal situations.

Cons

There's not enough open, honest communication between levels of staff. People are afraid of losing their jobs. Staff holds back from telling middle management about problems, and middle management refrains from telling upper management about problems, all of which prevents upper management from understanding the problems and supporting resolution. Also - medical benefits are poor because of extremely high deductibles. Paying a lot for basically just catastrophic insurance.

Pros

Diversified Financial services company, many areas that you can be employed in

Cons

Executive management does not share success with rank and file. $700 mil in free cash flow yet only 40% of employees get a chance at a raise.
