Pros
The work is interesting and the customers are great.
Cons
There is not a career path within the company. If you are good at something they tend to keep you in the position and limit your upward mobility. The organizational chart is not available to the individual contributor, this may be due to how much it changes or that they just want to keep employees in the dark. Some of the senior managers like to instill fear in you as a motivational tool. Long hours are expected..this includes weekends and hoildays with no choice or consideration of the family impact. This tends to occur because there are not enough cross training and/or enough trained staff
