Pros

This is a very good company and I have found it a great place to grow over time. They allow people to learn and make mistakes while gaining experience.

Cons

I cannot say anything really bad about this company, but since the "cons" section is required in the review I will say that when the economy took a turn for the worse we all saw pay freezes for a long time in response, but so did a lot of other companies.

Pros

Some of the people were very nice. Some of the managers try to do the right thing. Some departments have a better work environment than others. Free weight watchers program. Can stay in the same position as long as you do your work forever.

Cons

Lot of turnover, lack diversity in the office (upper ranks), insurance cost too high for regular employees making only $10 an hour to start, HR department is nice in your face, cut throat if they do not like you. HR not diverse and judgemental. Many of the managers need to be fired as they lack the basic skills on how to treat employees with respect. VP overlooks those managers who are not performing and demotes those that are or those that are trying to improve employee morale and performance. Hard to move between shifts (3rd and 2nd) untl after a year in the company, and even then it is political. Good people leave this company.
