1. If you wanna challenging work and if you are ready to accept new challenge everyday then Join the PS team (Network, Linux, Windows, Middle-ware, VMware, weblogic etc) 2. No repetitive task so no change to get bored of work 3. one can survive easily having good hands on communication, presentation and technical 4. Unlimited work from Home policy 5. Lots of leaves 6. Good food at cafeteria, amazing campus 7. Free pickup and drop facility, flexible office timing 8. Management is good, no one will ask you to be seated on desk, away time, to complete 9 hours, its all your responsibility to complete your work 10. you will be the individual contributor, most of the teammates and manager are in US. Costa Rica 11. Awesome transport facility
Cons
1. Hard to maintain work life balance to PS resources. 2. Although you have lot of leaves but you cant avail due to work load 3. bad local IT department, 4. You have to work late night at least till 1 PM depending upon your meetings but you can start work at any time.
