      Some really good team members to work with.

      Cons

      Ineffectual management. The more they try to fix what is wrong, the more it breaks and causes nothing but pain for on-call. Speaking of on-call if you have a life during your on-call week, forget it. You exist for nothing but Fiserv during that week. And if you don't like it tough.

      Pros

      Low expectations and pressure to deliver provides outstanding work/life balance. Parking lot begins to empty around 4:30.

      Cons

      No leadership at all levels. High school politics is very prevalent and is enjoyed by most of the leadership team. Most of the time is spent on internal politics and games instead of winning in the market. The internal processes to get software out the door are a mess and no one wants to take ownership of anything. It is always the other person/team's fault on why something was not done.
